Training and Support


We offer our customers specific and individual training programmes during the entire life cycle of the door system, ranging from first assembly training to the training for special service tools. Our trainers have many years of experience with the handling of systems.

  • Installation & operation


Support provided by IFE service technicians during the assembly of the door system will ensure the efficient and professional assembly of the system by the customers’ own staff. As a result from the constant assistance by IFE, the customers will benefit from the continuous training and support of their own staff in technical issues.

  • Coordination of the whole integration process

Technical support

Experienced specialists are available during normal business hours to answer all your questions concerning the assembly, the start-up and the repair.

  • Trouble shooting using efficient diagnostic tools

On-site service

According to the specific “service level” of the project concerned, we shall ensure the availability of qualified service technicians - upon request and corresponding agreement, on a world-wide scale, on-site as well as around the clock.

  • Professionals in your depot


On the basis of our experience with more than one million currently operating door systems, we are in a position to offer best possible advice in every stage of the life cycle. We provide the following services: Acceptance inspection as to proper assembly and adjustment of the door systems, handover inspection for the authorities prior to the train commissioning, safety and maintenance inspection, regular check of the proper maintenance and safety of the door system and state analysis aimed at informing the customer on the condition of the system and at agreeing on preventive maintenance activities.
