Wouldn’t it be great to be trained to a top level in only four years?
At the Kematen/Ybbs location in Austria we train apprentices every year beginning in September to become a “Design Engineer (m/f/o) – Mechanical Engineering”.
In four years of training, you will learn how to create technical drawings for our entrance systems using computer-aided design (CAD). You will also prepare technical project documents such as parts lists (BoM) or test plans and coordinate technical details with other departments and customers.
The apprenticeship training is led by our dedicated apprentice trainer Andreas Leichtfried. He will personally accompany you throughout the years of your apprenticeship. The four-year training is based on the three pillars of theory – practice – personality development. At the apprentice office, our specialist departments and the vocational school in Linz you will acquire all the specialist knowledge you need for your profession. We also offer you the opportunity to complete some modules of your practical training in Mödling and Brno (Czech Republic). If you are interested, you can also complete the A-levels (“high school diploma”) during your apprenticeship.
